Chelverton Properties, S. L. (hereinafter, the Provider), responsible for the website, makes the present document available to users, with the aim to fulfil the obligations contained in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico” “LSSI-CE”), as well as to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website.

Every person that accesses this website accepts its condition of user, and commits itself thereafter to the rigorous observance and compliance with the provisions herein contained, and with any other legal provision that may be of application as well.

The Provider reserves its right to modify any type of information that may appear in the website, and it bears no obligation to give notice or to inform the users of any such obligations by any other means different to their publication in the website of the Provider, which is understood as sufficient means of communication.


The Provider, responsible for the website, makes this website available to the public. The Provider shall not in any way be liable for any type of information published in its website when such information has been manipulated or therein included by a third party external to the company.

The website of the Provider may use cookies (cookies are small information files which are sent by the server to the computer of the person accessing the website) to carry out certain functions which are considered essential for the correct operation and visualization of the site. The cookies used in the website are, in all cases, of temporary nature, and have the sole purpose of making its further transmission more efficient onward and they disappear by the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances the Provider will use cookies to gather personal information.

Users may be redirected from the website to contents of third party websites. As the Provider is not able to always control the contents included by third parties in their websites, under no circumstances will the Provider be liable for such contents. In any case, the Provider manifests that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, as well as immediately withdraw the link or redirection to the third party website, and inform the competent authorities of the relevant content where appropriate.

The Provider shall not be liable for the information and contents stored in, including but not limited to, forums, chats, community blogs and conversations, and other forms of social networks, or in any other mean which allows third parties to publish contents in an independent manner in the webpage of the Provider. Notwithstanding this, and in fulfilment of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the Provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces, to actively collaborate with them in order to remove or, in its case, block all such contents that could jeopardize, affect or contravene national or international legislation, rights of third parties, morality or public order. Should a user consider that the website contains any content which may be subject to any of such classifications, the Provider hereby requests that such user immediately notifies the administrator of the website of such concern.

This website has been reviewed and tested to assure it works properly. In principle, the proper operation of the website can be ensured 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Notwithstanding this, the Provider admits the possibility that certain programming errors may occur, or others which arise due to force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make the access to the website impossible.

Personal data protection

The Provider is deeply committed to complying with the Spanish personal data protection legislation, and guarantees the complete fulfilment of the obligations contained in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, which implements and develops Organic Law 15/1999, as well as the implementation of the security measures provided for under Article 9 of the Organic Law 15/1999.

The Provider makes available to users the Privacy Policy of the company, which contains information for the users on the following topics:

  • Details of the Data Controller.
  • Data which are object of the processing
  • Files in which the data are stored.
  • Purpose of the processing.
  • Obligation to facilitate the data or not, and consequences of not facilitating the data.
  • Rights which assist all users and the procedure to exercise them.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website, including but not limited to, its programming, editing, compiling and all other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logotypes, text and/or graphics contained therein, are either the property of the Provider (Chelverton Properties, S.L.), or are owned by the Provider by virtue of the license or the express authorization obtained from the authors. All the contents of the website are adequately protected by the intellectual and industrial property legislation, and registered in the relevant public records.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization require, in all cases, the prior written authorization of the Provider. Any use which was not previously authorized by the Provider will be considered as a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

The designs, logotypes, text and/or graphics external to the Provider which may appear in the website belong to their respective owners, such owners being liable for any potential dispute which may arise with respect to them. In any case, the Provider has obtained the express prior authorization from them for their use.

The Provider recognizes, in favour of its owners, the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights, without implying by the sole mention or inclusion thereof in its website the existence of any rights or responsibilities on the part of the Provider with respect to them, nor their support, sponsorship or recommendation from the Provider.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues relating to this website, or the activities therein developed, the Spanish legislation shall be of application, the parties hereby expressly submitting themselves to the Spanish law, as well as to the courts of city of Madrid, which will be the competent courts to resolve all disputes arising out of or in connection with this website and its use.
